At Serava, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


Return & Exchange Window

You must submit a return or exchange request within 7 Days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returns

Please note the following terms for returns:

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection

  • A return handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount

  • COD charges (₹150) are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever applicable

  • The return process may take 10–14 business days


Exchanges

We only offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection

  • The exchange process may take 10–14 business days

  • Each product is eligible for exchange only once


Return or Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must be free from stains, marks, odour, makeup traces, pet hair, wrinkles caused by wear, or any visible signs of use


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Discounted purchases

  • Clearance products

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Intimate wear and specialty undergarments

  • Items returned in damaged or tampered condition

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer


Return Policy in Detail

Serava reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

  • Returned products must be in the exact condition in which they were originally shipped

  • Products with removed tags will not qualify for return, exchange, or damage claims

  • If incorrect items are sent back, including incomplete returns or wrong products, all shipping charges for resending the parcel will be borne by the customer

  • In cases of repeated misuse of the return policy, Serava reserves the right to decline future return requests and restrict future purchases from the account


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at shop@serava.in within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Clear video evidence

  • A brief description of the issue

For incorrect item claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Please do not remove the tags while reporting a damaged item, as the product must remain in original condition for verification.


Important

If we do not receive a response to our follow-up email within 72 hours, the return or exchange request will be automatically closed.
